Jude Broughan is New Zealand-born artist, now based in Brooklyn, New York.

Broughan has had solo exhibitions at venues including, most recently, Marisa Newman Projects, New York (2017), Benrubi Gallery, New York (2017), Calder and Lawson Gallery, Hamilton, New Zealand (2015), Dimensions Variable, Miami (2014), and Churner & Churner, New York (2014). She has also been included in group exhibitions at venues including Sanderson Contemporary Art, Auckland, New Zealand (2017); Housewife Gallery, Brooklyn (2016); Magnan Metz, New York (2015); Dorfman Projects, New York (2015); Youme Haus, Brooklyn (2014); and the Essl Museum, Vienna (2013). She received a BFA from the School of Visual Arts, an MFA from Hunter College, and is a 2015 Pollock-Krasner Foundation grantee.

Broughan’s work has been discussed in Art in America, Blouin Artinfo, Collector Daily, Eye Contact, the Village Voice, and Whitehot Magazine, among others.
